- You will need to protect yourself (suit, respirator, gloves, goggles)
- You will want a safety platform to safely stand on, such as the AtticBoard
- You want to clean up as many rodent droppings as possible first by hand
- First get them wet, and then scoop into bags
- For hard-to-reach areas, you can utilize a HEPA vacuum
- You will want to use a tuberculocidal disinfectant
- You will want to ULV fog the attic with this disinfectant when complete
- Sometimes, partial or complete removal of your blown-in insulation will be necessary, and in that case, you may consider calling an insulation contractor, such as Insulation Plus
