Jake and the Bio One team have completed tough clean up jobs for my clients. They do great work for those going through difficult situations. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with this company from the start. I called other companies and would leave messages for them to call me back and I would never get a phone call back. I even talked with the receptionist of one company where I left my name, my number, and the address of the location in order for their guy that does the work to call me to set something up. He never called me about the job. Bio-One answered the call the first time I called and on that phone call they scheduled an appointment to have someone come look at the job. The representative that came out to look at the job in order to give me an estimate was on time and emailed me the estimate within a few hours of us meeting. When the day came for the actual job to be done the two workers that showed up were on time. Both of the workers were very nice, courteous, and made sure to ask my opinion on the work that they had done to ensure it was to my liking before calling the job done. They did a hoardering/disinfectant clean. They bagged and hauled off the items that they cleaned out. In times we were having to wait to allow product to set and work the workers and myself had nice conversations. I definitely recommend this company.
